I kinda knew the answer before I asked the question. There's a lot of reasons people break up, but the main reason is because the pick the wrong person. They base the person they pick on bullshit that won't matter tomorrow. Dudes don't want to be the type of man that is worthy of a good woman, consequently, you don't treat her right and the shit fall apart. You have to know who you are getting into it with and have at least decent knowledge of yourself. I got a homie that's married to a chick that look like a zombie off the Walking Dead because they understand each other and they take care of each other. That's really what that shit is all about. They been married for like 15 years or some shit. I been married to my lady for 24 yrs. She a fuckin' goddess to me and I could give a fuck less what anybody else thinks. She gives me what I need to get by and try my best to do the same for her. That's what it's all about. It almost (nigga, I said almost!) don't matter what she look like, it's what she IS like. Real talk, my gf before my wife was a straight DIME, but outside of fuckin' - mad Russian fuckin' - we didn't get along. I could have married her and I'd be divorced today. That relationship changed me because she broke a nigga heart, but I knew what I wanted and I knew the man I wanted to be and that shit just manifested. That was 20 some odd years ago and I still had some growing to do, but baby girl has only made my life better. I loved Family Matters growing up and YES, I am interested in his memoirs.
