I think he chose to provide opportunity for his family more than anything.He’s not.
Like he said he understands why he took the job and would have taken it too.
The criticism ISN’T about him taking the money.
Its about the grandiose statements he made to HBCU’s, it was misleading. As if he was there for a bigger purpose (God) other than money.

Yeah it was the coaches first year this year. Coach Wilson came from Bowie State and won the CIAA 3 times and made the D2 playoffs several times.
One of the reasons he was successful at Bowie was because he was able to attract a lot of kids from the DMV area. Yeah they was some shit this year but next year watch.
they should be able to do something.....cuz the MEAC is a very shitty conference.
of the 6 teams in that conference.....only 1 team is above .500 (North Carolina Central)

Yeah this TC and I heard him mention his name. Makes 100% sense to name him the coach. Not only does he have coaching experience, but he played QB at JSU. I only know this because I watched the Bar Stool show lol
