Because the people who claim to have his best interest “fucked him up”

They Talked shit about his Colorado situation
Folks encouraged him to hit the portal
They love his lil YouTube video

Now it’s hard to explain why buddy aint seeing the field… them folks looked like real clowns and refuse to Acknowledge it

Real clown shit

Deion Sanders' Colorado Buffaloes Get Roasted Over New Uniform Design

Colorado's uniforms didn't get good reception from college football fans, to say the least.

Colorado is coming off the heels of a 4-8 season, starting the year 3-1 before losing seven of their last eight games. Sanders made major improvements to multiple areas of the team, desiring a better finish to have the Buffaloes become bowl eligible.

Their first test begins Thursday night with the North Dakota State Bison. Albeit a team from the FCS, the Bison are not meant to be underestimated as they have shown the ability to upset FBS programs in past seasons.

Nonetheless, Colorado is about to get underway with their matchup as they have trotted out the uniforms they will be wearing for the game.

Sporting the traditional black and gold numbers, Colorado decided to add a new twist to the uniform, adding mountain sleeves and pant stripes to make the look stand out on the field.

Unfortunately for the Buffaloes, college football fans roasted them for the look, making comparisons to show how the mountains sleeves were poorly executed.

Here are some of the fans' reactions:

Dan Mullen Reveals Early Heisman Trophy Pick Before Week 6

Oct 4, 2024 10:57 PM EDT
ESPN college football analyst Dan Mullenhas revealed his early "September" winner of the 2024 Heisman Trophy.

Week 6 is underway, and players are already making a name for themselves.

Alabama Crimson Tide quarterback Jalen Milroe is one of them. He's coming off an outstanding performance in his team's 41-34 win over the No. 5 Georgia Bulldogs. The Crimson Tide are undefeated, and Milroe has 964 yards and 10 touchdowns in the air while rushing for 273 yards and eight touchdowns.

Another one is Miami Hurricanes quarterback Cam Ward. He has his Hurricanes at 5-0 for the first time since 2017. He's already thrown 1,782 yards and 18 touchdowns.

Boise State Broncos running back Ashton Jeanty has also impressed. In just four games this season, he's rushed 82 times for 845 yards and 13 touchdowns.

While all three of those players are worthy candidates to win the Heisman, Mullen went a different direction in naming a two-way star from the Colorado Buffaloes, Travis Hunter.

"Most outstanding player in all of college football, Travis Hunter," Mullen said. "When you turn on the Buffs (Colorado Buffaloes), he's the best defensive player on the field. He's the best offensive player on the field. He plays almost every snap of the game. And for that, he gets my Heisman September Ballot."

Mullen's top three went as follows:

  1. Travis Hunter
  2. Ashton Jeanty
  3. Jalen Milroe and Cam Ward tie

While playing nearly every offensive and defensive snap for the Buffaloes, Hunter has accumulated 46 receptions for 561 yards and six touchdowns. At cornerback, he's recorded 16 tackles, three passes defended and two interceptions.

Many 2025 NFL mock drafts have Hunter being drafted in the top five, and some even have him selected first overall.

Fans can next catch Hunter in action next on Oct. 12 against the No. 20 Kansas State Wildcats.

Kickoff is scheduled for 10:15 p.m. ET on ESPN.

Not this the “If” side of the situation… from someone who’s in the world

“One of these Florida schools, would be a fool not to be calling him after this season.
Florida State gotta make that shit right, whatever happened can be fix. Deion we sorry for how things went, let make this right.

The Gators got major money they can pay whatever he wants. Getting paid near $9 million a year would work, their boosters got it.
Prime would have that bitch popping.

Look at the players he’s getting to go to Colorado. He would get them and the ones who don’t want to go to Colorado.

- Man, you think he’d leave Colorado?

After this year Hunter and 2 gone, perfect time to leave. If they make a bowl game and win it… he’s outta there.

- I don’t think so, but it don’t matter I’m riding with him

If I was Prime and went to Florida, I tell Trav and Shedeur to come back another year.
We’d go light the SEC up becuase the portal and NIL money is there for Florida.
Get a couple players from Ohio State, Bama and Georgia then it’s over be.

Also said “watch out for noise from Arkansas and UCF”

*one thing was said about Florida, it was a hard place to coach. The boosters have major control and are hard to deal with.

Yea this Will be interesting in a couple of months.

What’s your take on the situation how do you feel

I'm not a diehard college football fan. I love how media (black white college pro etc.) are completely unable to really explain how relevant Deion Sanders is across the country.

They NEVER thought the stars and celebrities would STILL be visiting the sidelines after the disappointment of last year.

I think that is a VERY important discussion about the REAL power and influence of black culture across the board no one REALYY want to have. If we Ever do have it seriously? It would be a huge shift that we have been starving for going on generations. What he did for HBUs and now Colorado is HUGE.

I'm torn on him leaving. I don't know what the "rules" are in modern NIL college big time football.

I think Deion in Florida would be INSANE and break the internet. And I think he would WIN. But the PRESSURE (I know LOVES he pressure) but THIS?

That is a DIFFERENT level of scrutiny money and boosters and media.

Right now Deion has an opportunity to build a legacy and kingdom in Colorado. But he can also because a serious powerhouse in Florida.

Also I don't know about bring his son in Travis to Florida right now. They are BOTH at their PEAK of value and will be SERIOUSLY high draft picks. They probably could skip the combine and BOTH be Top 10 picks. And injury is always a concern or some OTHER player popping up and stealling attention.

I think Deion leaves goes to Florida with Shadeur not Travis because he KNOWS he can protect his son more and ensure he gets on a good NFL team regardless.

But I am NOT convinced.

When Deion said he would talk to Gus Malzhan about players redshirting this what he was talking about…

UCF says Townsend, 4 others to redshirt, likely transfer

  • Associated Press
Oct 5, 2024, 07:41 PM ET

GAINESVILLE, Fla. -- UCF receiver Xavier Townsend and four teammates are redshirting and planning to enter the transfer portal.
The school confirmed their decisions before the team's Saturday night road game at Florida. Defensive end Kaven Call, right tackle Wes Dorsey and safeties Bryon Threats and William Wells joined Townsend in choosing to opt out after UCF's first four games.
ADVERTISING

Townsend, a junior from Tampa, has 10 catches for 69 yards and a touchdown. He was the lone starter among the group.
The Knights (3-1), coming off a 48-21 loss to Colorado, also said kicker Colton Boomer has an undisclosed injury and didn't make the trip north. Grant Reddick is filling in and wearing No. 33, which previously belonged to Call.
Under NCAA rules, players can play up to four regular-season games without them counting toward their four years of eligibility. So all five players can officially enter the transfer portal Dec. 9 and land elsewhere. They would be allowed to join their next teams for bowl practices but wouldn't be eligible until 2025.

There is zero chance FSU or Florida state hires Coach Prime. He fucked himself from ever getting a job at those schools.

He don’t recruit. There is no way in hell they would ever hire a coach that won’t visit schools or recruits and ignore high school recruiting.

If you want to be successful at those schools you better no how to recruit. Mario Cristabal would eat him alive on the recruiting trail

You sound crazy if you think FSU or Florida's AD or their boosters will approve of hiring a coach coming off a 4 win season, unproven and stating they don't hit the recruiting trail.

There is no chance they would invest in prime. You won't make it at Miami, FSU or Florida if you can't recruit. All that talent in the state of Florida and you talking about building in the Portal will get you fired. Mike Norvell is close to losing his job because he can't recruit and relied on the Portal.

Florida is not hiring an unproven coach who had a 4 win season just last year. I think Florida will go with a proven coach and the top of the board will be Lane Kiffin

After 3 failed coaches in a row the pressure is to get it right from fans and boosters. So they will definitely go with a seasoned and proven coach
