No,if Houston wins Colorado plays Arizona State.

Colorado needs Houston to win.

That's news to me. Just yesterday CO needed 2 of the 3 teams to lose. Moreover, towards the end of the Iowa st K-st game, they showed a graphic that said Iowa st. was in the championship if BYU lost.

I think with some of those other teams winning or losing was factored in

They did earlier but they just stated on ESPN that a BYU win equals ASU and a Houston win equals Colorado is in the 'Chip....

Biggest thing I've seen online this morning is that CU goes to the Alamo Bowl because they are associated with the Pac-12 for bowls for the next two seasons.

So it's possible that they could actually end up playing BYU in the Alamo Bowl. If they dont go to the Alamo Bowl, then they could go to the Holiday Bowl.

These two guys explain a lot better than I can.

Deion was lobbying for something regionally close for the fans, which makes since.

This is what they were saying in the video. San Antonio is relatively a cheap city because there's really nothing there when you compare it to SD and potentially Las Vegas

Sanders signed a five-year, $29.5 million deal in 2022, making him one of the highest-paid coaches in the Big 12. While his annual base salary of $5.7 million ranks competitively, the true financial windfall comes from performance bonuses. For the 2024 season, Sanders has earned $450,000 in incentives, including $300,000 for ensuring bowl eligibility and an additional $100,000 for each victory beyond six regular-season wins.
