So the Derek Jeter-get as much high quality pussy as you can-THEN do the husband/father thing is dead, huh?
That’s what I would do. I will have kids in my 30s and settle down but in my 20s come into that money or I’m having a ball. Travis is going to have to learn the hard way. Everyone see a terrible train is coming down the track but him and he’s standing on the track.

She need to move around. This obviously not the life for her. Things will only get more hectic when he gets into the league.

She give me those Dough Christie wife vibes. I remember him having to call her after every game and had to stay on the phone until he got to his hotel room.
Tim Duncan's first wife was way worse.
She was having him bring her and the kids with them on all the away games. So they had their whole family in the same hotel room together on all the away games. No cap.

Why wasn’t pops at the ceremony? This is like the first time I’ve even heard him mention his dad or even seen his dad.
Here is his father's reasoning:

Travis Hunter Sr. watched the Heisman Trophy ceremony from home in Boynton Beach, Fla.

The elder Hunter decided not to travel to New York to watch the ceremony. His reasoning for not doing so was rather simple: He wants to wait to watch his son reach bigger things in person.

"I don't want to go," Travis Sr. told The Palm Beach Post. "I want to be there when he gets married and when he gets drafted. I'm going to watch this from home."

Hunter's father will be able to do both in the coming months as his son's name will be one of the first called during the 2025 NFL Draft on April 24. One month later, Travis Jr. will marry his fiancée.

As Travis Sr. expounded on his reasoning, he explained that the Heisman win was to be expected.

"I really don't feel no different because I always know he could win, if he put his mind to win," he added. "He's always had that … since he started playing football when he was 4 years old."

Hunter addressed his father in his acceptance speech.

"I know you're watching on TV," Hunter said. "Dad, I love you. All of the stuff you went through. Now look at your oldest son. I did it for you."

According to The Palm Beach Post, Travis Sr. was recently released from Palm Beach County West Detention Center, where he was sentenced to 90 days following an arrest in 2023. He was released three weeks early.

"I know you wanted to be here and you can't, but trust me, I got you," Hunter continued. "I'm bringing the trophy home. I love you."

I don't like to judge people off ONE moment. But what was she thinking?

She could MAYBE just be nervous and overwhelmed with all the spotlight and attention and the future?

I can completely understand that

I am making a WHOLE lot of assumptions, I just hope it all works out for the best.

She has to realize THIS is not even the MOST she is going to have handle moving forward.

Ad the money and fame and the stress may NOT be worth it to her.

She don't need any pressure from friends and family.

If she ALREADY uncomfortable and unhappy? Seek some therapy or just end it now.

Anyone who talks sh*t about you missing "the bag"? Is your f**king enemy young lady

Your sanity and happiness is priceless.

AGAIN I am really inferring a whole lot from one moment so I could be COMPLETELY wrong.

Former Colorado running back admits he regrets transferring

As we hear so frequently with the college football transfer portal, the grass isn't always greener on the other side.

Former Colorado running back Sy'veon Wilkerson may have learned that lesson this year after transferring from Boulder to Georgia State in May. At the time, Wilkerson's decision to leave the Buffs wasn't entirely surprising, but the former Jackson State RB admitted on social media that he now regrets the move.

On Saturday, Wilkerson congratulated former Colorado teammate Travis Hunter on winning the Heisman Trophy via X (formerly Twitter) and an X user commented, "Should have stayed bro..." Wilkerson quote-tweetedthe response and wrote, "Facts. Definitely should've. But we all must live with our decisions whether good or bad."

Wilkerson rushed for 190 yards and three touchdowns on 53 carries during his lone season at Colorado. At Georgia State, he rushed for 97 yards in four games before missing the rest of the season with an injury.

Take a photographic look at Wilkerson's time with the Buffs

Florida State bringing in former Colorado, FAMU staffer

Devin Rispress

One year after leaving Tallahassee for Colorado, former FAMU recruiting coordinator Devin Rispress is headed to Florida State.

Rispress confirmed to HBCU Gameday that Mike Norvell has offered him a job as a part of the program’s recruiting staff.

Several folks in Tallahassee have seen former Florida A&M Recruiting coordinator Devin Rispress in Tallahassee this weekend. He has also made several posts on social media from Tallahassee. Rispress was a big part in the success of head coach Willie Simmons’ escalation of the program by securing the talent for the team. FAMU was perfect in the SWAC during the 2023 season with Rispress on the staff and ended the season with the HBCU national title by defeating the Howard University 30-26 in the Celebration Bowl.

Devin Rispress, Colorado, FAMU

“I feel great. I’m a lifelong Seminole fan. I grew up near both campuses. I could sit on my porch and hear the FSU War Chant going on. Being home is something I hoped would happen. I am grateful for the opportunity from coach Norvell. Corey Fuller and I are the only coaches to coach at both FAMU and FSU. I am going to come back home and help coach Norvell build this thing back up,” Rispress concluded.

Shorlty after the departure of Simmons to Duke University in January, Rispress was hired away to the University of Colorado. He was involved in player personnel at Colorado and was a part of the staff that has the Buffs heading to the Alamo Bowl on Dec. 28 against Brigham Young. It was a signal that the Buffaloes were back after struggling for several seasons.

Florida State University head coach Mike Norvell has completely revamped the program with offensive and defensive coordinators.

Rispress may be brought in to counter the tactics Simmons may employ as the new coach of FIU. Simmons was announced earlier this month as the new head coach of the struggling Panthers. Florida State can ill-afford to lose talent to FIU as it is already a highly competitive market to attract athletes. Rispress brings a rock solid reputation for attracting and signing talent from Florida and across the country.

Rispress came to FAMU after formerly serving as an assistant coach at Gadsden County High School under head coach Corey Fuller.
