Spring game - it’s crazy when thinking about attending this year spring game.
Years ago I played with the idea of going out there. This year I know I’m not messing with it.
Coaching AAU basketball this year got my weekends, locked up. 10 tournaments on the schedule at least 6 are locks, already.
The interesting thing about that weekend , we actually not playing
I figured, “ ummmm what a great weekend to chill with the family”.
I would’ve added “and let the bank account rest” but the family won’t let that happen lmao

What I know or think I knew: the corner back room might’ve been one of the top in the conference. Not sure how respected nationally they were. This year they have the ability to be one of the best in nation. Preston Hodge, Dj McKinney & Colton Hood should be a very experienced and serviceable group.
The running back room, didn’t lose anyone?
The way Kansas ran on them is how they will run on folks this year…
The offense line likely to look consistency comfortable. That much needed seat time kinda happened with a few guys. Brown, Seaton & Cash Cleveland all got great experience last year.
The additions actually have a ton of experience also. The deep should be there.
Wideouts never an issue, like you mentioned. Not having Trav & Jimmy in that group is strange.
I’m looking for “Miller Time” often. Omarion and Drelon are primed to blossom. Timmons is my expected leader. Might not be the most productive stats wise but just the led voice as the older guy.
This room have some youngster for your ass with blazing speed. Them Q boyz, might get highlighted some to. Quinten & Quanell along with Kam fast ass rounds out a young room. Actually some other cats I didn’t name… they deep

No, I'm planning on going to see VT play at their spring game, but I may get to a game this year.

I’m 31 years old. Been a buff fan my entire life. Dad bought season tickets every year growing up, extremely blessed to have gone to those games. That being said, after the last basically 20 years of depression, if you would’ve told me that Marshall Faulk, Warren Sapp, and Deion Sanders would be the coaching staff I would’ve pushed you off a cliff because that’s just borderline insanity. It’s still so unbelievably awesome to have these guys bringing back the pride to this school. Unreal times
