That's a lawsuit where the plaintiff just alleged that he saw him with under aged girls.

I am not here to defend or condemn Diddy. I have read thousands of indictments and this one concerns me. A state indictment is bare bones, but at least it will name the victim or use a pseudonym for the victim....federal indictments not only name the victim or use a pseudonym, but also, in the manner and means portion of the indictment or 'overt acts', describes in detail the conduct that is alleged to be criminal.
What bothers me here is there are no specific details...just general allegations. For instance, they name several ways sex trafficking could have been committed, but offer no specifics of what is alleged to have been done that is criminal.
Here is an example from Epstein's indictment:
"When a victim arrived at the New York Residence, she typically would be escorted to a room with a massage table, where she would perform a massage on JEFFREY EPSTEIN, the defendant. The victims, who were as young as 14 years of age, were told by EPSTEIN or other individuals to partially or fully undress before beginning the "massage." During the encounter, EPSTEIN would escalate the nature and scope of physical contact with his victim to include, among other things, sex acts such as groping and direct and indirect contact

There is absolutely NOTHING in Diddy's indictment even close to that...as far as I remember, unless I missed it. Epstein's indictment has paragraph after paragraph of this verbiage.
I am beginning to wonder if the 'sex trafficking' charges will come down to:
