No sane or competent lawyer would allow his client to testify on his or her behalf with the avalanche or tsunami amount of evidence the prosecution can bring forth against their client especially in cross examination. With the amount of evidence against him, testifying on his own behalf could lead to inconsistencies in his stories and inadvertently very harmful admissions on his part. It's mind boggling and beyond comprehension that his lawyers agreed to this. His lawyers just want his money and a good pay day.

I'll never forget an interview where he said he dropped out of Howard and it's been 20 hour days ever since. Very inspiring. To see what he chose to do with his wealth is disturbing.
