I have no issues because he will suffer in the process as well so in a way I salute him. I don't really care WHY we git here.

The threshold for winning these very old sexual assault cases is very low at a civil level. It is a joke how 6,000 people are calling these attorneys with claims. How could P Diddy do 6000 people up like that? Trump had somebody win a judgment against him for an old sexual assault claim with no physical evidence or anything.

These attorneys are claiming they can weed out all these claims for legitimacy, which is a joke, they are using the demise of black celebrities to bolster their image along with the media. I haven't seen a black attorney taking on one of these cases, it is always Gloria Allred or Tony Buzbee.

The statue of limitation should be reduced due to this nonsense. I had to play lawyer one time and felt like a parasitic organism, after contributing greatly in the past.along with the media. If they can produce some type of video evidence, then there might be merit to these claims.

There are people like me with real cases and real issues that get a bad rep because of these lawyers. There needs to be legislative reform where you have to file a criminal case.

New York does not have a statute of limitations for first-degree course of sexual conduct against a child, which includes statutory rape

At 13 she would be considered a vulnerable population.

Why can't they file criminal?

One guy is just coming forward claiming he was ass raped by P Diddy in 2006 with semen coming out of him. This didn't happen in a prison environment where nobody gives a fuck about you. As hired security, he should know where he lay his head at and come at him.

Any man ass raping me, it is gonna be gunplay with that fool. He should've went to the police and had a rape kit done to him.

Of course, a white attorney will take this case on eagerly, try to retain a white attorney for police misconduct/or anything else and they don't have time for you. It is only the black attorney, I see that are taking these cases on against the police.

I know the FBI is reluctant to ask the public for tips because they chase so many wild goose chases. I was watching the FBI files and they were talking about the Unabomber. It is the same thing for celebrities when the media puts out a story.

Six, seven, 8,000 people coming forward claiming P. Diddy did something to them is a perfect example. He would have to sexually assault one person a day to get that type of numbers. You can vet those people, but unless there's some type of hard evidence like video or DNA then you're taking a big gamble.

Trying to come up in these white firms, needing help against police misconduct, discrimination, or IP theft, and they don't have the manpower to help you.
