This season is exceptional
With maybe only one truly "not great episide" which I still have to rewatch
Agreed. It's impressive, especially in an anthology format.
Assorted new casts each season ... a few years between the release of seasons ... all the while paying homage to a movie from nearly 30 years ago, and other cinematic references along the way (i.e. - Home Alone, The Nightmare Before Christmas, The Shining, The Wizard of Oz, and more).
You still think Chris Rick season is the "weakest "?
DANISH>>>>
KIDS IN THE HALL>>>>
No. I don't think any of the seasons are weak.
I'd say the one that took me the longest to get into was season 3 with Ewan McGregor.
Still one of the best shows on TV ... 5 seasons in. Season 1 was great, but honestly seasons 2 and 4 were personal faves from the franchise. And I'm glad season 5's been strong too.
Apologies I didn't mean to type YOU.
I meant if you agree with many fans that the Rock season was the weakest.
I can't think of a season I did not LIKE
No season I think was PERFECT.
maybe the first one?
I think every season was unique and connected in creative ways.
And I hope it continues.
Bruh beat me to it, though it's cac on cac violence I can't wait for that mofo to get deleted. Actually the writers should make it to where he survives attempted murder.i dont think i've hated character more than I've hate Roy Tillman in my tv viewing history.
the only one that comes to mind is Geoffrey from game of thrones
i am happy we finally got Lamore state trooper its been awhile
but talk about dumb luck. he happens to run into roy and dot at the hospital and he happens to run into Danish at the gas station
speaking of Danish...wtf was he thinking going of the reservation (pun intended) and talking to Roy on his own turf...this aint a business man you dealing with it
I soon as Lars was putting on cologne to go to PT, i knew he was stepping and happy old girl finally came to her senses
question is with Danish dead and Roy having nothing to lose how does this end without even more collateral damage
all Roy's L are simply because he coudnt let Dot go and considers her property (the one that got away)
You still think Chris Rick season is the "weakest "?
i am still trying to make my way through it...for the past 3 years. nuff said
Season 5
Episodes 7 and 8
Watched these this morning at home.
Episode 7 started right off with Ol’ Munch going “Braveheart” on that dumbass.
The actor playing Gator, he is basically playing the same dumbass character from “Cobra Kai”.
We got Dot’s backstory. Pretty slick way they did it with the puppets.
Episode 8 had Trooper Farr and Danish Graves conversing at the connivence store Hanzee shot up back in Season 1.
Two more episodes left, gonna let those debut and watch them later this month.
Looking forward to them.
And FX had some commercials for the new limited series “Shogun” debuting next month. That shit looks to be on point. Definitely looking forward to seeing it too.
