There is a reason why Dr. Oz isn’t on tv anymore. You have your base and you can milk them for everything they have and still be filthy rich. Guys like Strahan ain’t ever happening again.

If black folks already live in the suburbs, what other place are you going to try and pitch to them? The exurbs? TV news only existed to sell the suburbs to white people and white aspiring black folks.
