Yeah, Kendrick will go back to taking years to drop music and Drake will continue to just release a bunch of radio songs. People got their soap opera and onto the next. Look at how Diddy was all the talk and that stopped because of the Drake/Kendrick stuff. As soon as that died down here we are again with more Diddy drama.

The smartest and sadly most evil know how to navigate manipulate that algorithm

And it ain't even new like dropping bad news on the weekend or on Friday.

The thing is though it's not as simple.

we will never know if king combs dropping that horrible record taunting the feds trending on social media dragging in 50 cent sparked that video leak.

Did the shooting stop the beef? We STILL have absolutely no updates on the victim. The weekend has DISAPPEARED. All the side characters seem to have gotten some type of MESSAGE to keep quiet.

T.I. recently just talked about he's waiting for the reunion tour between Drake and Kendrick. Funny how the King of South sees this as something to be made money from even after the fact.

The news thing with Friday and weekend is true too. Gives time for Monday "analysis" by the likes of Charlamagne, Budden, and so on. Diddy placed that "apology" timed for that reason imo. The Weeknd posted the end is near where some people think his next project is his last.

I would not be surprised to see him onslaught against Drake again either.

The Apple 100 albums I found interesting because how they placed Kendrick at #7. IMO, even with the fan voting of course he got a boost with the recent beef there. Lauryn Hill with #1 over MJ, Stevie Wonder, and Prince is interesting too. Her son is rising in the game and it is easier to run with something that could be current to seem you are on the money with current status.

It's all about manipulating the algorithm for real. The Degrassi kid somehow has broken a bunch of records of said artists on that top 10 album, but he couldn't even make it at #20.

Ebro trash talked about Toronto not having a sound and had to back track once Boi 1nda called him out. Then Drake and Kendrick in an album goat debate are way in different ranking brackets. It's all a game.

Toronto definitely has a sound. Noah crafted it . I’ll always give him props for that melodic atmospheric style of production he does.

I won't say that there aren't any that are just being what they call in the Caribbean follow fashion, BUT there are those that are NOT playing because of having said West Indian background.

I’ve been to Toronto, it’s a nice city. It’s not what I’d call ghetto or bad. The people like Pressa want it to be like that. There’s videos of clown niggas there being fascinated by Chicago and NY hoods. You give any moron a gun they will ruin shit .

You're right about it being a nice city and it does have lesser population and numbers then other big cities.

It's like when 50 Cent went to Jamaica and said they had more real ghettoes than NY. The black population in the city is heavily from Caribbean and African countries, so some of that mentality of living a certain way is the mindset as you said like for people like Pressa. Toronto got infiltrated in 70s from immigrants from islands just as New York(DJ Kool Herc for example starting hip hop) and places like that. Also same as UK and why the accents at times are similar.

I do get what you're saying with other individuals doing what you say. I just think at times people just make blanket statements without nuances to speaking on cultures and individuals.
