30 years ago, Draymond's behavior would be par for the course. But he would also have had to contend with cats like Charles Oakley on the get backs. Richard Jefferson had it right when he said there have always been bullies in the NBA but back in the 80's to the early 00's there were enforcer's that kept the bullies in check.
