If you didn’t grow up with these individuals or never put any of these weakness in their face to see what kind of characters they are than it’s hard to know how they gonna react. I’m in the adult biz where these 3 are prevalent. Many characters have failed and showed their true colors and why had to cut or distance myself from many. It’s reasons why I always wanted to just do biz with my boys for the most part cause I know who they are and know what moral codes they follow. This is 1 of the negative sides of biz that happens when you have to deal with outside people. Clearly Hoffa wasn’t buddy buddy with a lot of these individuals so when certain things presented themselves things got ugly. It’s both him and the people he deals with. I don’t know if he got any true buddies in his corner but if he did and they don’t act funny towards each other when p.m.p present itself he would be better off dealing with his day 1s
Every scenario and situation is different.. in this case it’s obvious his relationships with outsiders didn’t work in the long haul.. a day 1 recommendation aint the same as your day 1.. i have day 1s that introduced me to individuals who ended up being idiots but that’s because the day 1 didn’t have to deal with that person in certain circumstances. Hell me and a day 1 got an on going joke about 1 of his recommendations that ended up being an idiot. It’s something that person said when I tried to put them in a major situation that they completely failed that we laugh at cause they weren’t ready for the big leagues and when put in that position they completely blew one of the greatest alley oops cause they weren’t the person they thought they were
