This is the main reason I don't watch trailers. There are some movies I'm definitely going to see. I don't need to be sold I don't need to be tricked I don't need to see any trailers. Some trailers give away too damn much so I'm not going to watch this one oh, I'm just going to watch the movie

I don't know who does them, but I've seen some that show every good part of the movie in the damn trailer. It's so bad you don't even have to watch the movie.

There are others, like the movie The Perfect Getaway with Milla Jovovich, Timothy Olyphant and Steve Zahn, which was a good movie but impossible to do a trailer for without telling the whole movie

How you fig the art form of a trailer is underappreciated?... Hollywood puts more effort Into the trailer than the actual movie... Its been like that easily for c!lose to 2 decades.. They put more energy into trying to sell you a product than actually making a quality product... If chicken was the actual movie than Hollywood would put more effort into making it smell great, look great, making the size look larger, making it look juicy, taking pics in diff angles, making it look the perfect color, but when it comes to tasting good it would taste like shit aka actual quality...Hollywood puts energy into everything but the taste aka the quality of the movie, hence why the trailer or the ability of selling it is so big through trailers
