Its been said for yrs now that the main racket the LA Gangs run is the "checking in" racket aka friendly extortion. Same racket that Cosa Nostra used to run on the music acts back in the days, same racket Hells Angels ran on Hair Metal bands in the 80s. Same racket Tung On ran on the Chinese music acts that would come tour in the U.S back in the 80s and 90s

One thing I have to agree with him on is how odd it is that they have multiple people in this indictment that don't fuck with and straight up hate each other so it's going to be interesting to see them tie all these people together under a RICO.

I think it's common knowledge that gangs like the crips and bloods don't have an actual leader but do have influential and powerful members that have status but if the only connection amongst all these people is simply gang affiliation I would question that case.

One other thing is he compared this RICO case to the Young Thug/YSL RICO but the big difference is his was state while this is federal.

That's a big difference especially with the available resources they have.

So you think this nigga was in on Nipsey being killed? dam and now DA saying they trying to draw some link :smh: :smh:
Man many just feel that he had something to do with it. Plus it wasn't random, it was premeditated.

Eric went there to kill Nip. He even had a red t-shirt to throw everyone off so that they'd think the Bloods did it.
