curious the name of this movie
Can’t police emergency rooms. Especially when you end up in an area where folks aren’t like you. Little to no empathy. I’m friends with an ER nurse and my homegirl is married to a top anesthesiologist here in Atlanta. They see it all, and grow numb to shit, especially bullshit. If a full-on Cac from a Trump rally is rushed into the ER with Nike & Timbaland logos all over his face..
…paramedics come in screaming “We got a foot stomp victim!” and his nose is sideways, glasses broken, maga shirt got foot prints all over it. Ninjas spray painted him red, black and green! You tellin me… ..Cacs and others dislike us THAT much, and feel we deserve some of this happening to us. And if they work in a uppity hospital and, let’s say, they assume you’re from the street life, gang life, they aren’t giving a fuck, and likely won’t exhaust EVERY measure to save him. I know people. They see a dozen gunshot wounds, tatts, colors, and determine you’re “one of THOSE” blacks, it don’t look good for you. You likely don’t have insurance, your family is turned up in the lobby, it’s 2am so they assume you’re into some fuckery; these racist as doctors (Asian, Indian, white, etc) are doing the bare minimum. And don’t be an organ donor. They only need one excuse to deem you unsaveable, and it starts with your skin color.
