He was literally Diggin In The Crates, huh?!

To say that Fat Joe’s relevancy is due to his longevity in the rap game.

Yea I seen him at a couple of shows carrying crates for the DJ's....

I think he older brother used to carry crates for grandmaster flash,

and that's how joe got put on...

It is crazy what people are willing to put in (or do to) their bodies for quick fixes instead of doing the work to get it done naturally.

This applies to both prescription drugs and unnecessary surgeries like BBLs.

Just do the work....and you wont have to worry about side effects.

Blood sugar control, less insulin spikes, fat burning and less calorie intake

With a little discipline you get all the above without injecting shit. Add some compound weight lifting and walking and it will really change the game.
Intermittent fasting is people tricking themselves. It works, but it’s nothing more than limiting your calorie intake which is literally the only way to lose weight. You can’t eat the same amount of calories in a day, all in a smaller window and lose weight. It wont happen. However you get to a caloric deficit, that’s the only solution. Its has almost nothing to do with time of day, windows to eat, etc.

Nigha was 400lbs and 50 + years old. How much time you figure he had to just do the work? What are the side effects of being fat as fuck?

Didn't know he got big like that again...know he lost weight before by exercising and shit...that up and down is a killer

Ozempic isn't the right way but sometimes if you are fucking around any way is better than doing nothing

Although that study about possible heart shrinkage is alarming to say the least

So you saying it doesn't have effects on blood sugar control, constant insulin spikes, reversing insulin resistance into insulin sensitivity.

Side effects?
Carrying extra fat leads to serious health consequences such as cardiovascular disease (mainly heart disease and stroke), type 2 diabetes, musculoskeletal disorders like osteoarthritis, and some cancers (endometrial, breast and colon).

I can’t speak on that aspect. I talking strictly from a weight lose standpoint.

He could watch what he eats and then work out.

Ozempic is literally a chemical gastric bypass.

It tricks your brain to think your stomach is full on a chemical level.

However if you are determined you can eat right through it and gain weight even while on Ozempic.

You will just feel sick everyday.

From what I noticed from people most people don't wanna do the work of anything to move and keep moving in a more positive direction!! I have a cousin talks about this and that hurts I tell him he needs to lose weight.

He's like yeah I know im going to work out n lose it! Then 2 months later he complains abiut the same thing I just get quiet n move to the next conversation!! I hope this shit works for this fat Joe dude..and hopefully this stuff won't have major side effects!! In the coming years..

Ozempic may cause blindness in some people.
  • The subjects in this study were either overweight or obese or had type 2 diabetes. People who have diabetes are already at risk of NAION. Other risk factors for NAION include heart disease, history of heart attack, high blood pressure, and sleep apnea.

This medication is going to come back and haunt a lot of people
Maybe...
But being Fat, Obese, and diabetic will definitely haunt your ass.
It usually starts with peripheral nerve damage which leads to amputation which buys you a few more years as a stump during which time you slowly lose your damn vision anyways..
