The issue is the Black and brown talking point being used for the entire Black community based solely on the experiences of NYC
Once you get outside of New York, Philadelphia, Chicago, the big 3 Texas cities, and Los Angeles and very others you really don't have cities with sizable Black and latino populations living around each other.
The cities I named in post #130, Baltimore, Detroit, Birmingham, New Orleans, Jackson, Memphis are heavily Black with minimal Latino populations.
