It's crazy how many people go missing and are never heard from again.
The not knowing has to be torture for these families.

This is confusing.
Deactivating it seems like he's been found.
This doesn't go into detail as to why it's been deactivated and any news articles I've found don't either.
Hopefully it being deactivated is a positive and he's been found safe.
