This is a warm up fight before he goes to the UFC to take all of Dana's money.

Fight in a lesser known mixed martial arts arena learn the rules and dynamics of the fighting style.

Fight a very competitive but not too challenging opponent who doesn't care if he loses and is just happy to have a big payday for once in his career.

Then come to UFC line up a fight, get money get paid.

I can dig it. lol
Yeah this is what I was thinking it's a warm up fight before he enters ufc. I think he wants to ultimately fight Conor McGregor again and wants to beat him in ufc to try and prove a point that he can win at boxing and ufc to become the ultimate fighter.

Floyd's days of boxing at the highest level are over, most definitely. He's no match for Crawford or Spence. He has to do SOMETHING.

I think it's a smart move.

Yes that is very true. The only people that got any real money right now are the cowards and sell outs. But they can not keep the money from me forever. How do blacks actually think they are free and your enemy does all the programming of your mind from birth to death. And there was a time more modern and advanced than now when we did not have birth records because no one was dying. You got to overcome every aspect of the white man's world to actually come back to that original point in life.
I represent the original nation before other races were grafted from us. They thought they had got rid of all aspects and all signs of that. People like me where programmed to either be killed or spend the rest of their lives in prison. My presence will always be a threat of truth crushing the earth again. You may be one of the satisfied but those of us who are dissatisfied our day is coming. That knew that one day their world of lies would end and a black man would come to bring back truth. I tell they knew this yet they still cannot stop me.

@Amajorfucup you ain’t shit lmaooooooo

There is no one at welter Floyd wouldn't beat, easily. He clearly doesn't care about anything other than the biggest payday with the least amount of risk. Horrible for boxing... good for his health/bank account I guess..

Do you think he could beat Canelo at 160 now and add a MW belt to his legacy?

Even at 41? I think Spence would be too much for him...shit, stylistically Porter might be a problem at Floyd's current age....in his prime sure but it would be extremely impressive if he ran through the top welters now

I don't like older fighters going up in weight.. that's why I said Welter. I think Canelo was his easiest fight (not including the Conor fraud) over the last few years, but I think it would be really dangerous for Floyd to fight at 160 at this point. I think he "could" win, but I don't think he would do it at this point. Floyd is running an elaborate scam right now. He doesn't want to fight anymore but he doesn't want to leave any easy money on the table.

He'd just outbox them. Floyd is better defensively now that he was several years ago (i think that's what's often overlooked). I think those guys would have a better chance with Floyd several years ago than now because he absolutely takes ZERO risks now...none. It just ends up being a sparring contest and you're not going to outpoint floyd. I don't think he's slowed down enough for any of these guys to outbox him or knock him out yet. All of these guys look great until they get in the ring with Floyd and look like amateur fighters. It's easy to look good when you're fighting guys who stand in front of you and trade punches.

no he needs the challenge...he’s bored w/ $$$...he’s been fighting competitively damn near his entire life...to just stop and do “nothing” else is pretty difficult...only so much you can spend/travel before you get bored of that too...he’s just looking to keep active maybe even redefine himself
I would buy that if he was knocking cats out, when he was fighting

Big question is how are Floyd's legs at 41, B Hop was able to beat champs til he was like 46 you think Floyd could do the same?

I don't think Floyd could fight until he's 46 because he clearly doesn't want to fight anymore...he just can't walk away from the easy money because he loves money so much. Fighting is as much mental as physical.

Physically, in his previous fights, his legs looked great, conditioning looked great, and he stays in fight shape so not like training breaks him down because he pretty much walks around at his fight weight. Floyd was probably the most conditioned fighter of this generation..possibly all-time...when have you ever seen Floyd gassed in a fight? never. So I don't even think his legs would be an issue. And I don't think anyone at Welter is good enough to consistently hit him and not take more back with counters...even Errol as someone mentioned earlier.

Floyd is retired. He's doing nothing more than an exhibition tour that people are overpaying for because he convinces whites that somehow his non-black opponent might be able to beat him. He's been doing that for a while but now it's just bananas that people are paying for this shit and he's not even boxing boxers. It's brilliant and makes him a lot of money so I can't really knock him for it.

I think Mayweather would have a lot of trouble with Spence. He’s big and strong. I think he would beat guys like Crawford and Mikey Garcia that are smaller.

But I agree, he’s done proving he’s a boxing pound-for-pounder. Let the man go out and get money. I doubt I’ll pay, but I’ll definitely watch a bootleg stream the next day.

I understand you laughter and your statement. It is just like plantation days. We do not stand a chance. It is one thing to expose the truth. But it is another thing to live after you do it. Jesus Christ and Congressman Ryan were two examples of that. So my proving the truth is a joke right now.

I withdraw my support from Floyd, I thought he was going to have a clean retirement. He's just chasing pay days now. Prediction, he's eventually lose in boxing when he comes back to the sport if he fights a young & worthy contender.

Always remember when Jesse Owens needed money, he raced a horse. We don't want to remember that.
