@BronxBomber this manufacturer that you are using now is solid. Even though I am not feeling Viking scent wise it is still a quality product. Also it is good to see that you are considering getting Santal 33 reformulated. I remember asking you about it as you were starting to mess with niche. It was slightly off the mark but still damn close; it is one of my favorites and one that I actually own. Bergamote 22 is fire too. Also interesting to see that the manufacturer that you use is contracted by major brands.
To the Brother that is opposed to oil clones, I used to have a similar mindset because for me (and I'm only speaking for myself because I do not know you personally) it used to be about getting the complement and really having the bottle . Also, many of the oils that I would get from the street or some of these online shops were linear and only captured the top note. In addition, I found myself purchasing more niche fragrances and found that I had many almost full bottles that I was not wearing so I started to purchase decants. At that point it just became about the juice because I no longer had the bottle to display. I would buy the oils to match my decants so I could wear scents that I like more often and use my money to purchase a different scent.
@BronxBomber has a few that are exact matches of niche fragrances that can be had at a serious discount and there are a few that actually smell better than the retail. Also, many of these houses that try to justify their high prices by claiming that they are only using natural ingredients are using synthetic notes too. To each his own but you are missing out because either you share the mindset that I used to have about not wanting to front or some other reason that's personal to you so I can respect it. It's like I want and can afford Vitamix blender but I cannot wrap my mind around spending $450 to $500 for a blender. I like different fragrances but cannot wrap my mind around continuously spending hundreds of dollars on cologne that I may not wear anymore after two months.

Def the new manufacturer is one of Three that I know of manufacturers in the US that does fragrance duplication at this scale. Im thankful of being able to wiggle my way in and now, I can tell by the turn around time on my orders & duplications, coupled with the personal emails Ive received from the owner himself Im in their for the long run.....The quality I dare to say is better then ALL the BIG oil companies, even though a couple of them use this company. When they get it they use carrier oil to cut it and stretch profits. Ive gotten oils from them and got reproduced JUST TO SEE. low and behold it comes back more pure and better then the original. I now have 60 fragrances but literally getting 2-3 a week either reformulated or completely scrapping my old ones. SN:

Yea you were one of the first that put me on to even more niche fragrances, now its like I see even more value in them because you may only have 1k-10k people in the world getting them, but they dropping 200-$400 plus on them. I grab a decant for $75 flip and bounce it and boom equal to or better then the originals. Def thankful for the spark you created for me to go in the direction. Y'all always make me reveal ish before its time. So I have the originals in my possession Rose 31, Santal 33, Noir 29 and Santal 26. I want to drop all of these together in a bundle mid year. I haven't submitted them yet because I have 4 Kilians complete and ready for large batch. Dubai Gold, Dubai Black Sapphire, & New York Nights all being formulated now. Along with the Fucking Fabulous lol. So Im getting the year in order, beside the Two Fredric Malle already made.... Thing is its big upfront cost for me to develop them and purchase them.
Yea I use to talk to cats like that all the time when I had my stores in the mall, especially in Tallahassee and Tampa. It would boil down to them wanting to front for a chick with a nice bottle, and most time it was cats under 30 that honestly couldn't afford the lifestyle they were portraying. the kicker was them seeing the store full of women or at my kiosk, laughing and being like OMG I have to have this lol. No disrespect to that brother but if he is over 30 Id be surprised. The fragrance business is live movie popcorn they could charge the general public $2 a piece and still make a profit lol.
So the Black Phantom will be like maybe Monday or Tuesday. But, what Im gonna do is put up a small half dram tester thing for BGOL where you can get Half Dram of Intoxicated, Black Phantom, City Of Sin, Dangerous Liaisons (Not sure will carry), and Molecule. So $5.50 for those 5 half drams. Will give me some honest feedback on what should come next. Matter of fact
