So if Grey Worm could choose his own path why did he still want Jon died. Clearly he still had loyalty to Dany even after her death.

Typing a book and posting to movies for a point that you basically dispelled with your own words. If GW only swore to kill her enemies while alive then why would he want Jon dead? Jon did nothing to GW personally. And being that he wanted him dead it made no sense to let him live for 2 weeks ... Tyrion should have already been dead as well.
