One thing that speaks for Tywin Lannister is his name.

I'll explain it. In Westeros. People call lords by their house.

For example:
Lord Stark, lord Tully, Lord Arryn, Lord Frey, Lord Tyrel etc. but noone calls Tywin by his house name.

Everybody calls him lord Tywin! Like he is stronger, more fearful, than the house itself.
