Normally trackers are obviously bought by the police dept.
The second trackers were personally bought out of pocket by that cop. These dudes make so much money, they paid for it out of pocket because they are running their own operations robbing dealers without the police dept knowing anything.
Why would they use a dept issued tracker, if they gonna do drug busts and not report chit.

Because that whole crew was dirty they know what time it is. Dude put it in his drawer cause he was waiting for when they would come to claim it. They won't. They have so many of them, bought out of pocket, no need to return it to the Dept. It was bought in that cops name. So they were in shock that all that has been going on. And sitting on the tracker, knowing dude will look suspect if he come to claim it.

If you already have HBO with your provider, you can use the HBOMax app. You didn't know?
You add the app, go to activation. Then from your phone, go to the site and add the activation code logging into your cable provider. It's quick and nothing to pay for.
And you use the app on your '75" Samsung'
I called Xfinity twice to confirm.... HBO comes with my package..... and I have to subscribe to get HBO+

Like I said..... heard that before..... watched and episode of The Peacemaker... I was like cool.... when it ended.... I kept getting prompts to subscribe and it wouldn't' let me go further

Not sure if HBO+ is something different. But I watch HBOMax using my Samsung TVI called Xfinity twice to confirm.... HBO comes with my package..... and I have to subscribe to get HBO+

I just go to activate, it pops up a code, then on your phone or pc, browse to activate.hbomax.com then enter code and look to select your service provider and log in then it will activate the code. You're watching HBOMax. Been doing it for years. I do it for all them apps, SHO, Starz. I prefer apps cause can watch chit at anytime and Starz and SHO air stuff from midnite the night B4. HBO airs shows first at the same time it normally airs on cable. But after can watch anytime.
