i couldn't make it thru the videos, but i did watch some of the sons testimony. The father should not be representing himself at all. the prosecution fed the son most of the answers, not saying he was lying, but a real attorney would have objected. This is 3 years later....that child is traumatized, he's failing in school (what does this say about the cop that adopted him) and now he has to sit thru this. his story had a lot of holes in it that would have been exploited had the father known what he was doing. Of course if the father did any of this, he should receive life in jail. But this also proves how flawed our justice system is. sad all around. i think there will be some surprises before this is over.
