Brothas that can't cook...WOW! Take a class! There's nothing better than to be able to say, "I'm cooking dinner tonight...what would you like to have?"

I've won many hearts with just that simple question. Worked in my friends family owned Italian restaurant during the summers in NJ. Best cooking experience I've ever had....Think about it...what woman doesn't like Italian???

For the longest I would not go near propane...but now I like it,much more control and more versatile.I have done everything from a whole rotisserie chicken to a roast on it.

I hate propane. I can't get the flame right so things either get burned or they are undercooked. Also I need that charcoal flavor in my life. But propane is faster if the person knows how to use the grill.

I'm no Bobby Flay, but I can work my way around the kitchen. The ladies appreciate a meal prepared for them by a man. :D It's a skill I want to work on improving.

The fact that you know who Bobby Flay is tells me enough...Good Show!.. Keep improving

my motto is this....

you cook dinner....I'll cook breakfast :D

or vice versa.....

hmmm really.....omelettes or french toast?;)

I love a man that can cook. It is such a turn on! I love to cook. Theres's nothing like cooking with your man. Enjoy some great food that we create together and then move it to the bedroom to enjoy some more greatness!

I am REALLY curious. No, I do not mean if you can toast a Pop tart or boil some water. I mean cook a meal that is edible and your mother would like to eat.

Ladies, do you care if your man can cook or not?

Are you serious?

ever thought why 100 % of World's Best chefs are MEN?

HA!

*End of the Thread*

btw: I do know how to cook, not like the single mother bitch that I used to date, she had a daughter and still couldn't cook shit.

A man that can cook is a good thang. However..its not a pre-requisite with me. Love to cook..and hey he can pour the wine..make the salad, etc.

Honestly I love a man that can change the oil, fix a leaky faucet, change flat tires, etc. A handy manly man...now THAT is definitely sexy.

No doubt, I get my Food Network groove on! A lot of stuff to learn -- plus some of the women on there are fine!

My best dishes are meats and of course I throw it down for breakfast . . . That's a meal to impress the ladies with after a good night and they appreciate it most

I agree doing your own laundry nothing is wrong with that, but do you wash your girl clothes, hand wash her panties?

Not trying to be funny because I really know dudes who do these things.

I guess they really love to do laundry.

when i'm at home yeah i do all of the laundry. she'll throw everything in the washer all at once hit warm water load it with soap and just go. no separation of nothing or anything. no reading the tags. she'll ruin her clothes (only cause she know she can go buy more) without a thought.

if you want to step your cooking skills up to the next level take a wine class and learn the right wines that will bring out the taste in your food even better

Hmmm....

Chef-Pookie-Poo here,

Cooking is surely a survival skill. I may not when any awards for my cooking but I can make things that I like. I would never have to depend of the cooking of my mate for a good meal.

It really isn't hard, might take some thought and some advise on some meals. The internet can be a great help, plus I did watch cooking shows growing up.

Now laundry....NOT !:smh:
I have my done and it works great, no need to change there.

LMAO!

O.K. So all of you men who can cook, does your wife/girlfriend need to know how to cook? Would you date a woman who can not cook? Would you dump a woman once you found out she could not cook?

I would prefer she can cook...and if we get serious i will let it b known that. If she really diggn me and knows whats not only good for her but the relationship, she will make an attempt to learn how to cook. If she doesn't even try..then she's making a statement about the relationship and it can be the beginning of many problems

, either someone hasn't cooked them right, you're not from southern Ga, or you just haven't even tasted them (went by the smell). If you clean them right, then boil them with a little vinegar and salt in the water, the smell goes away a good bit. Also, you have to make a gravy for them. Hot sauce, gravy, chitterlings, and rice equals heaven a plate.

money > chitterlings > pussy

:lol::lol::lol:

I kid :D

I pretty much won't cook anything that smells like garbage and that I can't stand to look at. Also I won't eat certain things no matter how well they are prepared. Chitlings are at the top of that list...

I can. This is why a woman that can't cook is no big thing for me. I have yet to meet a woman that can out cook me.

Some of ya'll ladies need serious help in the kitchen for real. I had this one chick who tried to oven roast a duck in one of those mini toaster ovens, and then reduce it with WHITE wine in a pan. :smh:

Suffice it to say, some shit just don't work.

I cook everyday, I've been living on my own for a year and a half now, and I've only ordered out once..........cuz I didn't want to cook for a chick  .

The food is just healthier when you cook it yourself, you know what goes in it and have control of how you like it.

Don't be afraid to cook fellas, practice making rice til you get it right. And work your way up.
