Any other youtube channels where bgol is concerned with the employees?

I've heard that Linus Sebastian was treating his employees like shit and there was some backlash against him.

Rich from Reviewtechusa had a bad split with his editor, Jay Hooft and the backlash has probably killed his channel. (Although I think a lot of people had gotten over Rich and his style to begin with)

Adam Blampied, formerly of What Culture admitted to manipulating women into sending him naked photos and he took a leave of absence and eventually left What Culture.

Linus Tech Tips is fairly huge

ReviewTechUSA is a bit more "inside baseball" and is essentially a dying channel at this point, if you don't know him, you probably never will.

And Adam Blampied seems to be another internet personality that has gone and went at this point.

People continue to push this false narrative. Already had a thread showing he had a black employee
He hired the brotha after that photo had been out for a while. Doesn’t change the fact that he clearly has a preference for cacs… one of the most diverse metro areas and your staff looks like that?? That’s a choice.

he had another dude prior.. also has worked with various other black tech guys.. in fact he would feature on their shows which meant all the traffic and money that got generated for them views went to the black creator and not himself. Even bgol fave tech reviewer floss carter has told various stories how Mkbhd literally plugged him into many money streams and connections when he was not as popular and help his channel grow.. so not only has he hired a couple of black people but he literally help push other black independent creators without looking for any kind of money or recognition. Yet people still shit on his name.. now think of all the YouTube creators out there in the entertainment world that never got co-signed from the big dogs in the industry, imagine if some of these black a-c listers featured on someone skit or posted some of their clips on their ig to help push the next generation of entertainers, that would have been incredible for black revenue. Yet many haven’t did shit but no one shits on their name and yet you have a self made YouTube content creator who actually did the things I’m talking about and yet people still claim he don’t support

So the fallout from that Humane video continues?

Been watching him since his days in college, glad to see him being successful.

Returns of Humane AI Pin Outpacing Sales

Late last year, former Apple designer Imran Chaudhri and former Apple software manager Bethany Bongiorno launched one of the first AI wearables under their Humane brand. The $699 Humane AI pindid not go over well, and many reviews criticized its poor performance.

Humane is continuing to struggle, and now, returns are outpacing sales. According to The Verge, more AI pins were returned than purchased during the period between May and August. So many pins have been returned that there are only around 7,000 units still in the hands of consumers, with around 10,000 initially shipped out.

The company only sold around $9 million worth of AI Pins in total, and it is trying to deal with $1 million in returns. Humane cannot refurbish returned AI Pins due to a technical limitation with the cellular connectivity, and returned units are simply e-waste at this point.

Humane also faced a problem with the Charge Case for the device, which was found to pose a fire risk. Humane sent out emails to customers telling them to stop using the Charge Case Accessory. Refunds were not provided, but customers were given two free months of the Humane subscription service.

Humane raised more than $200 million from investors, and had planned to sell around 100,000 pins during its first year, but poor performance seems to have sunk the device. The Verge claims that pre-launch family and friends reviewers raised concerns about the functionality of the AI Pin, but it was launched despite the feedback.

A Humane spokesperson told The Verge that there were "inaccuracies" in the financial data that the site obtained, but specifics were not provided. Humane said that the company remains "committed to unlocking a new era of ambient and contextual computing," and that there have been software updates to address user feedback.

i fucks with tech investigators to a point. If i believed they tried, use and actually brought the product i'll listen but if they gotten to a point, they are so big, they are being paid to review im not listening. dude has always came off as corny and on the strength he aint got no black men r women on his platform is a hard no for me. Black folks are in tech and about that tech life so thats no excuse. At the end of the day MHD prefer the company he keeps. Yeah he's black but nothing about his platform presents black folks.
