With some starts and stops between 1865 and 1896 Jim Crow segregation laws form...
They last from 1896 to 1965 when segregation laws were struck down...

The UNITED STATES OF AMERICA corporation has existed 245 years...

of that,189 of them, the country was decidedly, historically, and undisputedly racist. And people think that 189 years of racist culture and practice in our society has been eradicated in the last 56 years???
