It’s why I promised myself I would never buy a Cadillac, or a Ford. And after the Ally Bank fiasco, I knew I made the right decision. In the last 10 years, so many companies have been added to the embargo list because of the hard work done by the folks over at the CFPB.

Just wondering how many of the Blacks with good Govt jobs who are about to be unemployed were hoodwinked into voting Trump based on his anti-immigrant rhetoric and promises to lower the price of eggs? I talked to some very educated --very cerebral-Govt-employee-Blacks prior to the election who tried to convince me that Trump was better for the economy and would "fix the illegal problem!" I am not contributing one red cent to the GoFundMe when Trump fires their azzes & their houses head to foreclosure.

We talked about this for months when he was bringing this up about eliminating federal jobs and the impact it would have on federal workers.
Also it’s going to affect the numerous of black owned contractors that work with various agencies as well.
The domino effect is going to be crazy, but dude needs to understand federal workers work for the people and not the agenda of a president.

As a federal employee, I haven't been into the office since March 9th 2020. I get my work done and I make about 80 grand off of my salary, not including another 32 grand with my military disability.
Trump is trying to send us back to work and everybody at my job is tripping. I get 2 hours of my life back everyday by not having to drive into work. The higher ups say this is going to take at least 2 years because buildings have to be bought or leased, staffed, equipment has to be bought. It's going to be 5 million plus with just my organization. This is a total shit show.
For 4 years plus we've done without copy machines, paper, pens, folders, shit that has to be shredded, chairs, desks, monitors, fax machines, and now all this shit is going to have to be bought again? It makes no sense

Like pointed out earlier, a portion of Federal workers are non-whites, especially Blacks.
And they are Union.
There has been a push to fully eliminate labor unions in this country since Reagan’s administration.
They want to lay everyone off and privatize the jobs for non-union, low pay. There are a number of municipalities in heavily controlled states that have privatize government functions so that corporations can make money (e.g. Prisons, Charter Schools).

I saw the email that was sent...the tone was ominous and definitely not friendly...it seems that after this first step, the next step will be to make the job as rough and chaotic as possible to weed people out...I expect him to move one or two federal agencies out of DC and send them to the most MAGA places imagineable
They are talking about selling some buildings so I expect cubicle sizes to get smaller and in some cases abandoned for just a long as table with everybody having a station (had that in my early contractor days but never imagined Frds having to work like that)...just a generally unpleasant environment to weed people out
