So I got a young 20 something female cousin in ATL who runs with a crew of girls who are into posting there bodies on Instagram. Post up dozens of pics daily of them in skimpy outfits and bikinis and shit.

Not gonna lie, a couple of her friends are BAAAAD. She hipped our fam to the game that these Instagirls use to get a slim waist. She says it has little to do with exercise, although you will see many pictures of them in a gym. She told us it is basically two things; cleansing products (the packages of tea that you see the girls advertising) and waist corsets (the also call them waist trainers).

To put it simply they have diarrhea for a month and squeeze their midsection so tight they can barely breathe. Apparently the shit works because one of her friends has a ridiculous ass to waist ratio.

according to some the tea is basically a "natural" laxative and energy booster/fat burner.
