Unfortunately Bruh (or fortunately depending on who you are), that disease is spreading like wild fire. So you're pretty much guaranteed to run across many more HO+'s in your lifetime. There are more HO+ women than there are roaches in a Chinese restaurant's dumpster.

My advice, don't think you can save them because you can't. The stats in this matter are not on your side. And for Pete's sake, don't even think about wifing one.
