Hence Kyle Shanahan running the zone-read offense , which suited Griffin's skillset. You're right about him getting hurt alot though.

Some of you sports fans need to understand scheme is really where it's at but the problem with that is eventually it gets figured out. Robert griffin ran a very simple college offense in Washington and he Ballenger a few years and then it was over once they made then adjustments he struggled and got hurt alot.

I look for guys who can throw between the lines like Jordan love just go back and watch the playoff games he balled out he threw over peoples heads and landed right into the hands of the wide out.

Alot of these dudes just really haven't gotten figured out yet but lookingnst hurts he's really missing alot of it.

Jalen Hurts has had 7 offensive cooridinators in 8 years. He's not perfect but he's going into his 4th year as a starter in the NFL with another new system, he didn't have any weapons his first year, all his weapons have been injured for the first new games of this year plus he played the majority of last season unhealthy and STILL has a 36-19 record as a starter.

and this is a brotha that doesn't really have a natural strong arm and prototypical height but has worked to improve his game every year while learning new offenses every single year. I have faith that he will keep improving and if he gets the stability of an offensive coaching staff like a lot of other great QBs are fortunate to have...then he will continue to ascend

Tomlin is a G...great coach and True leader of men. He has that squad performing no matter what level of talent he has available.
