I'd be more impressed if these were leopards... Cheetahs can be passive. I've never seen a passive leopard.

Grand Master White Dude... I call shennanigans.

Wayyy back in the 80s, I was at a match...great seats down on the floor.

Andre walked in for his match...right next to me. I had seen Darryl Dawkins in person...again walked right past me at a game, and I thought was the largest human I'd every seen.

Andre made Dawkins look tiny in comparison. Dude looked like a giant refrigerator.

Ali's cell? ... The old prison museum in Missouri showcases the cell occupied by Sonny Liston in his younger days (robbed some gas stations in STL, I think), but I don't remember any cell pertaining to Ali.

Must've been when he went to jail for avoiding the draft....robbed him of his prime fighting years.

Thought about that, but rejecting the draft would have been a federal case...That prison in MO was a state pen....Maybe the OP can shed some light on it.

I don't know about that post... If I'm not mistaken, Ali he didn't go to prison, he was sentenced to 5years but never stepped foot behind the bars... He was out on bond and a few years later the Supreme Court ruled in his favor... I think he actually had a fight before the SC ruling... I forgot which state it was, but there was only one state at the time that didn't require a boxing license

Yep...I was about 6 when he lost his license and I thought for sure he went to prison...he didn't.

As a lil kid I knew it was BS, that he couldn't fight, and remember his first fight back, like it was yesterday...that was when you got a recap, on the radio, after each round.
Wide World of Sports usually would get the fight, a few weeks afterwards.
