Not going to happen..they let the cat out the bag a minute ago and USA is too selfish, self absorbed,. myopic, individualistic, lack social safety net or whatever else you can say to do anything that is really effective considering we also have a govt that can't do anything or substance for the majority of.the citizens..

1. Red states especially Florida and Texas won't lockdown no matter how bad things get.
2. Dr. Fauci already stated that the CDC's new isolation guidelines were driven by the desire to keep people working and avoid things shutting down.
3. If a lockdown is attempted outside of a dark blue area, white people will ignore it anyway.
4. When everything "shut down" in March of 2020 in the US, it wasn't a true lockdown. Even then it was only 50% at best. We'll never have the true lockdowns other countries have had.

My job has already adopted the shortened quarantine rules to keep us going. We just had about 12 people catch it in the last 2 1/2 weeks.
I wouldn’t say that you see the amount of white people that have been dying from this virus last year (as in a few days ago last year) if they get more pissed off something is going to happen.
Not happening. Infection rate may be going up, but deaths and serious hospitalizations are not rapidly rising like they did prior to the first shut down, mostl likely due to vaccines and omicron not being as severe.
