I'll step out on a limb here and say his nickname is BIG BABY. He is in a classic baby photo pose. I'm sure he didn't know it would look so gay, but I get the point of the photo. If you go to Sears or K-Mart back in the day your baby was posed that way with a rattle. In the picture this big baby has a NBA World Championship trophy as his toy.
