I got a home boy who did time in the pen. Right here at TDCJ. Ol boy got some HVAC training and pulled in over 70k last year. Yeah I'm sure its harder once you get in the system but dam stop making excuses. A large majority of us always looking for an excuse instead of trying. Shit our ancestors was slaves and found a way to make it with the cards all the way against so "we. they, or whoever" shouldn't let a record stop you. Shit city of houston hires felons.
