I hate to say it, this is a perfect setup. Black folk rejoice thinking it will equal the playing field with better educational opportunities. White folk start playing the long game by going through the courts and claiming "racial discrimination". the courts say you can't have these kinds of programs just for minorities. Suddenly rich white students in the suburbs are going to school on the tax payer's dime.
