Ppl are saying unions don't like Kelly, that we need that seat and that AZ will have to do a special election before the next state wide election and they are short on funds to do so.
First he wouldn't be president so they are her policies.

Second, do unions dislike him more than anti-union Trump and JD and the rest of MAGA?

The possibility os losing the seat is valid.

One the plus side he is good for independents and checks all the boxes that she doesn't.

As long as she doesn't pick Jew dude she will lose all the millennials she has been gaining

She can't do Pete cause there is no balance and you are 100, he is better where he is and as a surrogate.

She can't pick a woman cause aint no way in hell these Hemen Women Haters could stomach 2 women running shit

She needs to make the right choice not the easy choice to pander

Father was a governor
No scandals
Turned Kentucky around
UVA law graduate - top 4 law school
In a fraternity
Young

Seems like a solid dude.
Only issue maybe he isn’t in a swing state, but he checks all the boxes.

Florida was in play even with Biden. FL dems got candidates on every ballot, there is both a marijuana and an abortion amendment on the ballot. FL GOP is broke. There is a dem operative that said FL GOP is canceling primaries, that candidates are dropping out and endorsing the remaining candidate because they are low on funds and not getting help from the RNC. I wasn't able to confirm that with reports, other than a few candidates dropping out and endorsing, but I dont think that is something they would advertise either.

I think she is going to do ok regardless of who she picks. The only one I didn't care for was Beshear because of his stance on school vouchers.

The Democrats are not going to win Florida and will end up wasting money trying.

Florida's population has shifted significantly to the right due to domestic migration as a result of the pandemic.

In 2018, Desantis beat Gillum by only 32,463 votes.

In 2022, Desantis beat Crist by 1,507,879 votes.

The senate races for those years had similar results.

What happened?

Registered Florida voters in 2018:
Republicans 4,718,720
Democrats 4,975,895

Registered Florida voters in 2022:
Republicans 5,312,122
Democrats 4,928,168

Registered Florida voters in 2024:
Republicans 5,257,407
Democrats 4,300,964

I disagree. Vice president Harris can win in Florida. A lot of those Republicans are pissed as hell at DeSantis. I’m not seeing it going to vote for her, but they might sit home. This is almost the same dynamic with Obama years ago so stay tuned
