How can any of that lead to wealth? Jobs don't create wealth. People work till their old and retire not wealthy.

I never said Job = Wealth. I specifically using the income from a job to CREATE A SIDE BUSINESS/GAIN SKILLS that in turn can lead to wealth

Wealth isn't the concern of a socialist or a person in a socialist system. Wealth is the individual concern of a capitalist. The aim of socialism is to put the ownership of the means of production in the hands of the workers.
To answer your question..a side business, gain skills can't lead to wealth without the exploitation of workers who provide all the labor without equal rewards.
