I've seen quite a few YouTubers who use apartments, of course the bigger ones.

Marques is in Jersey and he has a warehouse.
I can see their point from a safety aspect, because it will be 10+ people in the apartment at once, not to mention guest and their entourages

Joe should just rent a house. I think that would give them more leeway and space than an apartment.
Yeah surprised it took this long. Most streamers made like replica of their place renting a studio/warehouse.
I remember those coons fresh and fit got complaints too. AK has his own studio for guests and does his solo shit at home.
Lol Joe or whoever got flip a set. So he already knows what to do. Maybe that was the reason in the first place to get flip his own spot.

But nah very good question to ask. Flip had his own location, that mandii chick and to my understanding Joe's owns some real estate so its weird.
Ian seems to be on point so I would think he would have done a better job of knowing the laws/rules of the building and area.
Regardless, as business savvy I think Ian is, I’m sure he presented to Joe that they needed to have their own spot or studio.
Unless this is a rollout like that mandii just did it just doesnt make sense.
