According to a porn agent on another message board, the women would actively seek out the producers of Piss Mops to do scenes with them because the pay was higher than average and there was no testing required, because apart from the piss, the women never touched the men in those scenes and the women would be fresh enough to book another scene the next day.

I'm not so sure its for "extra" considering its now a routine thing with GG (and others, LA, FA, etc.) scenes.
Speaking of which, that act really separates the hardcore freaks from the not so hardcore, with some of the GG regulars admitting in pre-scene interviews that they take golden showers to the face on the regular with their boyfriends and/or fuck buddies in their personal lives or the chicks that playfully smile when taking golden showers throughout their GG scene.
The pay was only "higher" in the sense that the scene took less time to shoot, i.e., a few hundred bucks for about 10 minutes of work as opposed to spending most of the day to shoot a scene.
