I'm not a track guy, but that doesn't make much sense to me. Especially with the World Championships coming up in July. It would make sense for her to be in some type of form going into he summer. The World Championships is the next biggest event to the Olympics. Hell she been incognito for most of the major events this year already. Can she really afford not to compete? I mean she did say them other girls "not done seeing her yet, PERIOD!"
And here we are and haven't seen her since she took that L..

I'm just saying..most competitors want to run that shit back after a loss.

I would agree with you but the way she performed in Eugene, obviously she wasnt in the best
optimal shape. So why risk a serious injury. One cool thing is the IAAF World Championships
will be in the states. She is a very talented sprinter and hopefully, she can have a good off season
training regime and get back on how she performed during the Olympic US Trials at 100 meters.

Spot on... I view her as having elite talent and she supremely underperformed in Eugene - for a number of possible reasons... With that being said and like you said, she should just pull the plug for this year, get her mind right and put in that off season work to step back out in 2022

I wanna see her go toe to toe with those other sisters, now if she wouldve got 3rd or 4th I would think she could claim 1st or 2nd!!
