I don't think he's put it up on Spotify or Apple Music (I could be wrong though) where he'd monetize it. Drake doesn't come off as someone who wouldn't get advice so I'd bet his lawyers told him not monetizing it is the loophole. And if that's the case it now comes down to PR: Take it down, or keep it up knowing you can probably beat the case but look bad since Pac's estate disapproves.

#1 - I don't want people thinking they can write verses to Drake's AI voice to feature on their projects. Even if they don't monetize it, they can get clout and build an audience which could later turn into money for them.
#2 - I don't want the labels to think this is the way. Why sign and put money into new artists when they can just create AI emcees using AI lyrics? We see that's already happening in other areas. Brands are pumping money into "AI Influencers." Soon they'll just create their own and hire a social media manager to grow the accounts (shit, maybe AI will take social media manager positions too?)
