Basically it's saying Drake had something to do with the murder of XXXTENTACION.
Drake stole XXXTENTACION flow, beat and all on some song called KMT from one of his albums. If you listen to them it's very obvious Drake jacked the LOOK AT ME song by X, but just slowed it down a bit. X got pissed and was talking mad shit about Drake at radio stations, on social, everything. He even went on demiks show and was talking crazy about Drake.

Then X had the "helping hand" challenge, where he was finding people in need and buying them food, clothes, etc. But it was on a small scale. Drake did the same but on a bigger scale in X's home state (Florida) in the God's Plan music video and Aubrey's Angels were trolling XXXTENTACION because he looked cheap in comparison to Drake.
In SILENT HILL Kendrick says "peekaboo! can't hide behind your money, dog..." Kodak (who is on that song w/ Kendrick) actually ran into one of the killers of XXX while he was in prison. One of the guys, dedric Williams i think is his name, is trying to get his case retried and he and his lawyers want Drake subpoenad because of his so called involvement.
The song PEEKABOO is supposedly a follow up to that SILENT HILL joint.
Other little things too, like the name of XXXTENTACION album the year he died was 17. Kendrick waited 17 days to respond to Drake with EUPHORIA. Also Kendrick brought XXXTENTACION on one of his tours and was a fan of his music. And Drake rapped some line on the 21 collaboration album "Louis bags turn to body bags" and X was wearing a Louis bag when he was killed. AAANNNNDDDDDDDD after the murder Drake went on a European tour that was called the "assassination vacation" tour which had a logo of palm trees in a rifle scope... palm trees associated with Florida, which is where XXXTENTACION is from and was killed.
It's a wild ass conspiracy that was brought up initially by this youtube channel called THOUGHTCRIMEZ but it's now getting major traction again, especially with Kendrick rapping that the rabbit hole gets deep and he can go further...
