At this point, the civil penalties don't mean anything. She already owes Cardi $4M, it seems like Kevin has a decent case for extortion so he may get a judgement as well, and the Smiths haven't filed anything yet so who knows. Don't know how it would work as far as formal charges, but technically extortion is a federal crime.
