Kevin Hart is reportedly suing Tasha K for extortion

At this point, the civil penalties don't mean anything. She already owes Cardi $4M, it seems like Kevin has a decent case for extortion so he may get a judgement as well, and the Smiths haven't filed anything yet so who knows. Either way, this bitch hardheaded AND broke, so it's like getting blood from a stone, what's the point she's just going to keep doing the shit.

They got to get her on some criminal charges and lock her nut ass up at some point, that's the only way this shit stops. Either that, or handle it like 50 Cent would and send some goons to stomp out this bitch's mouth. Can't talk shit with a broken jaw.

Don't know how it would work as far as formal charges, but technically extortion is a federal crime.

you sure about that? he is a Hollywood asset after all.
I was being sarcastic. This man hasn’t harmed anyone, takes care of his family, and doesn’t find trouble. If he wants to cheat on his wife that’s his business. Stop giving these bloggers/former asistants attention.

A California judge partially denied Tasha K’s motion to dismiss Kevin Hart’s lawsuit against her on Wednesday (April 24). Judge Holly Fujie allowed Hart to proceed with claims of defamation, invasion of privacy and intentional interference with contractual relations. The judge dismissed Hart’s extortion claim.
