Police released Dash Cam video that shows Montana Fishburne's DUI Arrest .
Fort Lauderdale, Florida, --Laurence Fishburne's ex-adult movie actor daughter has been arrested for driving under the influence (DUI).
Montana Fishburne, daughter of Laurence Fishburne, was arrested near her home in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, after allegedly rear-ending a Range Rover and subsequently being found to be "incoherent" while walking around the scene of the accident.
As officers were clearing the scene, Montana also urinated on the shoulder of the interstate, according to an official police report.
The wayward ex-adult movie star was charged with DUI, DUI with property damage and DUI with blood alcohol readings above .15 by the police.
Consequently, she spent the night in jail at Broward County Sheriff's Office and faces a maximum three-year sentence in a state prison in relation to the three charges.
Although Montana's white Toyota Corolla suffered extensive damage in the collision, she was not injured and was released on Saturday (03.11.17) on $2,500-bond.
In an official report, the trooper said Montana smelled of alcohol.
The report noted: "I noticed an open bottle of wine on the real left floor, and the two front seats were splashed with a purple liquid with a strong odor of alcohol. (sic)"
The trooper also detailed Montana's incoherence as she made her way around the crash site.
The report said: "Subject (Fishburne) was moving around constantly and was making incoherent statements such as her driver's license being different if I was to arrest her. (sic)"
