Not that it matters but what was the reason given for the dismissal?

"A years-long legal effort to secure restitution for the three last known living survivors of the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre has ended after Judge Caroline Wall dismissed the lawsuit with prejudice."

Ignorant ass post, selling hopelessness instead of deliberate, coordinated planning.

The decision was 8-1. You only get to 8 votes on the State Supreme Court by voting CONSISTENTLY. I can almost guarantee that the Native American, Black and Latino population in that State have ever voted 100% over a 10 year period to manage court assignments.

Keep up with the we have no power angle bullshit, and find out like Louisiana.

It's sad for these survivors, but America is what it is, especially when white people control all levels of government in any particular State.

We need more at every level, and throwing up your hands in despair is not the move.

I wish every black man would stop going to the university of Oklahoma, but I know football players the most thirstiest of organisms on the planet

Well that goes for every damn school in the South. These white racist have the most bread and it's hard to tell poor families not to take the bag. HBCU's and Blue State power 5's "should" see a major increase in 4-5 star players, but collective interest sometimes go against individual capitalism.
