if you can afford a 17 million dollar home sun,

then you can afford to be in hurricane alley....

when a hurricane is on its way, you just charter a jet to you second or third home...

most likely you wouldnt even be there for hurricane season...

Truth is we have 2 hurricanse that hit land on average a year for the entire east coast. But out of those two one has a super high chance of hitting florida. These expensive houses are hurricane and flood proof.

The real issue is anyone from Miami knows exactly where that house is based on the pics of the water. Thats dangerous.
