I swear I don’t know what some of y’all was dong back in the day. LL writing MC Lyte’s verse for Self Destruction was well known. That shit was common knowledge. I guess it needs to be repeating for the people in the cheap seats or the younger generation who hears her verse. Her verse of Self Destruction was iconic and I think everyone knows the verse. With that said, go ahead and keep repeating so people know how great he is.

I remember hearing “Radio” for the first time. I can tell you exactly where I was and what I was feeling as a 11 year old. My cousins on the Eastern Shore of MD played it for me and I was like wow! I didn’t know rap could sound like that. You have to excuse me I was living in Great Britain before that, so it was amazing to hear rap like that. It was hardcore for back then and it definitely changed the game. LL Cool J...greatest of all time!

Man I’m hip hop head especially east coast but I didn’t even know that. But when that song came out I as maybe 6-7.
